Are your products vegan?

Yes. We do not use animal products in any of our formulations.

Do you test on animals?

No. We do not test products on animals. Only humans :)

Where are you based?

We are based in and ship out of New York City. 

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the continental US but we plan to expand our shipping network very soon.

Where can I buy Ethereal Products?

We sell our products direct-to-consumer via our website.

What about returns?

We want you to love your product. If you’re not happy with your purchase please send us an email at info@etherealfordivinehair.com and we will send you a return label to ship any product back to us for a full refund minus shipping. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
